Levien & Company acted as an advisor and project manager for the renovation of a mixed-use building located in the Madison Avenue Preservation District. The private developer proposed a gut renovation of the residential and retail spaces to accommodate 7 high-end residential units and 2-3 retail spaces. Project includes excavation and foundation work to accommodate a vertical expansion, new structural framing, and façade restoration.
